Before contacting us, please consider our sales policy and conditions.
An agreement to the below conditions is required before any deposit or sale can occur. Sale contracts will be similar, and provided to buyer once a deposit is received.
Adult animals sold will be sold with their registration paperwork, current vaccinations, hooves trimmed, and deworming if deemed necessary by famacha scoring system or fecal egg count. Kids sold will be 8 weeks of age or older (unless stated otherwise), fully weaned, hooves trimmed, have received a dose of oral dewormer, two CD&T vaccinations, castrated (if being sold as such), registration/papers needed for registration, and microchipped (unless the chip is provided at pick-up). Disbudding is only being performed on show quality mini silkies, either under the direct care of, or directly supervised by, a veterinarian, with proper pain management.
Pet stock will start at $100.00 per animal, while breeding and show stock will start at $400.00. Discounts will be provided to MGR and MSFGA registered breeders, as well as a purchase of multiple animals at one time. Deposits will need to be placed at immediate interest to hold an animal, otherwise it will remain listed for sale. Deposits will be non-refundable unless something happens to said animal while still in care of Faintly Dreaming. Information on housing and transport may be requested when inquiring about an animal, and Faintly Dreaming has right of refusal of sale to individuals if buyer's property, animal housing, or fencing seems unfit. No sale will occur if animal is being purchased for uses other than pet or show.
All animals when sold are determined healthy at time of sale. Any veterinary checks or health certificates are welcome to be done at buyer's expense. Animal must be paid for in full before or at time of pick-up, or the animal will not be transferred. When transporting your animal, buyer must be aware of state regulations needed in regards to health, vaccinations, and certificates, and therefore responsible for requesting extra information. Faintly Dreaming will not be responsible in providing any extra paperwork unless buyer requested and paid for. Transport for animal must be confirmed and paid for by agreed date of final sale and pick-up from Faintly Dreaming property. If the animal is not transported by final pick-up date, Faintly Dreaming will retain deposit and animal. Adequate space and form of transport is necessary for animal to be transferred to your vehicle. Once the animal has left the property, Faintly Dreaming is no longer responsible for the health or well-being of said animal. If animal is no longer wanted or is unable to be cared for at any time, Faintly Dreaming can be contacted and will take animal back into care at no cost, as long as animal does not pose a biosecurity threat.
